- Grind 16 g Shot Blend fine; distribute with a WDT tool.
- Tamp level with the 58 mm tamper.
- Lock in and pull to 32 g out over 25–35 s.
- Serve immediately under the crema-like foam.
Dense tan crema-like foam; a sweet-bitter, roast-forward shot.
Foam persists 60+ s; no channeling or blonde spurting.
